CONSTITUTION

We the Widows of Ogbeke Obibiezena Owerri-North LGA, Imo State,on the 5^th of January 2011, acknowledge and appreciate the good and Godly gesture of the Children of the late Duru Charles Amuneke and Lolo Mrs Eugenia Amuneke to support us financially and materially.

We therefore resolved to be addressed as ‘’Eugenia Amuneke’s Widows Indeed Club” Subsidiary of “Insurmountable Women

1. Club Selected Members
2. It is all about widows only, apart from Mr Jude Oke Odor who is the only widower permitted to join.
3. New members will only be acceptedwhen recommended  to us by the Sponsor .
4. Ambassador Rev.Dr. Delphina Chikamele Amuneke-Samuel is the President, Founder, and  sponsor and so is to have all access and information of the day to day running of the account as stated.
5. Eugenia Amuneke’s Widows Indeed Club, resolved to open an account with Skye Bank Nigerian Plc. With the following members authorized as signatory to the account:
   1. Theresa  Elugwu Egejuru ….Chairman
   1. Florence  Akunna Nwaebi—Vice President
   1. Juliana Akubingaonye Nze—–Secretary / Treasurer

We therefore mustabide to the following bylaws

1. We resolved that every support be it monetary or materially  will be equally shared among members.
2. That every member will be notified of all kinds of support recovered and the amount given.
3. That there will be periodically meeting when the needs arises.
4. That only three (3) members (Theresa Egejuru, Florence Nwaebi, and Juliana Nze) are authorized to sign for the withdrawal of moniesfrom the Club account and two (2) out of three must be present at the counter.
