The Insurmountable Women Worldwide Empowerment Organization(IWWEO) was formerly known as STRATEGIC ALIGNMENT OF LIKE MINDS INC dba: Insurmountable Women (SAOLM-IW). It was officially organized and is governed by Board of Directors, chaired by Presiding Ambassador Dr.(Mrs.) Delphina Chikamele Mitima-Samuel. We are governed by Bylaws & a Constitution, and the organization is registered with the Texas Secretary of State & IRS under 501c3 as a “non-profit organization”. The Board of Directors voted to authorize Ambassador Dr. (Mrs.) Delphina Chikamele Mitima-Samuel to issue Vice Presidents credentials to Different Geographical Chapters. We are all about Advancement, Empowerment and Social Development of Women worldwide

IWWEO is an international organization of influential educated women from different part of the world devoted to empowering youth and women, expand leadership opportunities for all youth and women especially those that are not privileged.
