Insurmountable Women Worldwide Empowerment Organization

The Insurmountable Women Worldwide Empowerment Organization(IWWEO) was formerly known as Strategic Alignment Of Like Minds INC dba: Insurmountable Women (SAOLM-IW). It was officially organized and is governed by Board of Directors, chaired by Presiding Ambassador Dr.(Mrs.) Delphina Chikamele Mitima-Samuel. We are governed by Bylaws & a Constitution, and the organization is registered with the Texas Secretary of State & IRS under 501c3 as a “non-profit organization”. The Board of Directors voted to authorize Ambassador Dr. (Mrs.) Delphina Chikamele Mitima-Samuel to issue Vice Presidents credentials to Different Geographical Chapters. We are all about Advancement, Empowerment and Social Development of Women worldwide

We are Insurmountable Women Worldwide Empowerment Organization (IWWEO) a Subsidiary of African American Global Leadership Chamber of Commerce a non-profit organization in America. IWWEO is an international organization of influential educated women from different part of the world devoted to empower youth and women, expand leadership opportunitiesfor all youth and women especially those that are not privileged.

FUNDATION GRANTS AND SOLICITATIONS

We look toward the government and other institutions that provide grants that is acceptable to their goals of enlightening women education and training, women empowerment, human rights and equality, HIV, AIDS, and Malaria parasites etc. The board of directors set all policies and procedures to accommodate the institutions bylaws for the grant for each geographical area chapters
