The Insurmountable Women Worldwide Empowerment Organization(IWWEO) was formerly known as Strategic Alignment Of Like Minds INC dba: Insurmountable Women (SAOLM-IW). It was officially organized and is governed by Board of Directors, chaired by Presiding Ambassador Dr.(Mrs.) Delphina ChikameleMitima-Samuel. We are governed by Bylaws & a Constitution, and the organization is registered with the Texas Secretary of State & IRS under 501c3 as a “non-profit organization”. The Board of Directors voted to authorize Ambassador Dr. (Mrs.) Delphina ChikameleMitima-Samuel to issue Vice Presidents credentials to Different Geographical Chapters.
